WHAT WILL THIS LITTLE VENTURE COST ME?
The Degüello Gunslingers has No politics. No president, vice-pres, treasury, no regimented meetings, they just want to go out and have fun. So what is required of a new gunslinger.
It's real simple, the only requirement to get in this group is to have period correct clothing which you can put together yourself, and your own firearm (.45 cartridge firearm is required for safety no cap & ball B.P.) and it is required that you join the Reenactment Guild of America the membership dues is only $35 a year, if your on a shoestring budget or can't afford the cost of new clothing, or a .45 Colt don't despair, they know ways to help you or they can point you to many outlets for clothing, period correct leather, boots, hat and so on. Honest Sancho (Jesse) and Fast Elvis (Gale) are the ramrods of the group and takes care of getting the shows or event to do. It's easy to learn the shows they do and they only ask you to be at the event and the practices that you commit to.
Degüello Gunslingers is looking for people who want to get into re-enactment of the old west. The group starts each show with a safety demonstration and a talk to all the young ones in the audience to explain to all how dangerous guns are.
